FAQ

• 1. Download the White Lightning App to your iOS device
• 2. Open the app
• 3. Accept the disclaimer
• 4. Put GPU into Bluetooth Setup Mode
• 5. Tap Add a Product in the App
• 6. Once your GPU is found, select it in the app
• 7. Confirm matching PIN codes displayed in the app and on the GPU
• 8. Optional: Customize the name of your GPU
• 9. select FINISH
• 10. Setup process complete

• This step to be completed after initial White Lightning App and GPU setup
• 1. Put GPU into Wi-Fi Setup Mode
• 2. Open the White Lightning App on your mobile device
• 3. Choose ACCEPT when prompted to complete Wifi Setup
• 4. Obtain your Wi-Fi router SSID (network name) and password.
• 5. Enter Wi-Fi router SSID (network name) when prompted.
• 6. Enter Wi-Fi password when prompted.

Suggested Wi-Fi troubleshooting steps

• Make sure your network is password protected
• Make sure your network is compatible with 802.11 b/g/n.
• Make sure your network’s SSID is not hidden.
• Make sure your network is broadcasting in 2.4 GHz. 5 GHz networks are not supported and will not be displayed.

WiFi:

1. Select Settings > Wi-Fi Setup > Clear Wi-Fi Settings > Confirm > Y

Bluetooth:

1. Select Settings > Bluetooth Setup > Clear Bluetooth Settings > Confirm > Y
