How to Assemble the BM-AIK

Fuse Holder

The BM-AIK kits include an in-line fuse holder. If the spring is not inserted correctly, a short can occur. Follow these steps to assemble the fuse holder:

  1. Cut the red wire and remove the piece from the fuse holder body.
  2. Insert the end of the wire in the smallest spring before inserting it back into the fuse holder body.
  3. Insert the fuse and fasten the fuse cap. Continue the installation

Check for correct pin orientation before backfilling the plug with silicone

Add Strain Releif to the SB-50 Connector

Fill the plug cavities with RTV silicone and allow to set for good strain releif.
